Bedroom beside a shared corridor in Finström — what should I listen for?

The bedroom backs onto the common corridor shown in the listing photos. A fresh coat of paint makes the room look tidy but says nothing about old leaks. I have a short checklist, but it already contains more than fifteen minutes allows.
