What kind of Mubarak Al-Kabeer place is reasonable for a brief wait with bags?

I would happily buy a drink; I mainly need room without blocking an aisle. The damaged wheel behaves on smooth floors and complains on every pavement joint. Both bags fit under a normal table if the chairs are not packed together.
