Where can you wait in Helsinki with two bags and forty minutes to spare?

I cannot leave the luggage at a station locker and still reach the appointment. The damaged wheel behaves on smooth floors and complains on every pavement joint. A quiet hotel lobby seems possible, although I would ask before settling in.
