Would you prioritise taps, windows or corridor noise in Sohar?

A fresh coat of paint makes the room look tidy but says nothing about old leaks. I'll bring a phone charger so I can test more than the wall sockets. The kitchen window opens onto a narrow space and I cannot judge the airflow online.
