What is easy to miss when viewing a Taipei apartment in a hurry?

The bathroom cabinet is the first place I plan to look for hidden damp. I have a short checklist, but it already contains more than fifteen minutes allows. The flat is affordable enough that I do not want excitement to replace inspection.
