Which type of Banlung place is reasonable for a brief wait with bags?

One suitcase has a loose wheel, so walking around to compare places is not realistic. I am not looking for a famous cafe—just a chair with the bags in sight. The forty-minute gap is too long for the pavement and too short for sightseeing.
