Would you prioritise taps, windows or corridor noise in Ulaanbaatar?

The water pressure in my current place is the problem I don't want to repeat. I would like to leave knowing one real weakness, not only what the agent points out. The flat is affordable enough that I don't want excitement to replace inspection.
