Would you choose a cafe or hotel lobby for a short wait in Cotonou?

The damaged wheel behaves on smooth floors and complains on every pavement joint. The smaller bag contains papers that need to stay beside me. I would happily buy a drink; I mainly need room without blocking an aisle.
