Where can I wait in Xiamen with two suitcases and one loose wheel?

I need somewhere to wait for about an hour before check-in. Both cases fit under a normal table if the chairs are not packed together, but one wheel is loose, so comparing several places is not realistic. Would a hotel lobby be reasonable if I ask first, or is there a better option where luggage will not block people?
