I'm in Toronto for a few weeks and viewing a short-stay flat tomorrow. The agent warned me that another viewing starts immediately after mine. Fresh paint can hide old leaks, and weak water pressure is the one problem I do not want to repeat. What would you check first in fifteen minutes?
