Soft tyre or loose seat: when do you reject a shared bike in Lemland?

The app lists several bikes, so rejecting one would not leave me stranded. I know how to squeeze a tyre. Still, I am less certain about checking an adjustable seat. The rental clock starts before I reach the first busy crossing.
