Incorrect cabinet number in the app: who do you call in Shanghai?

The pickup code names cabinet 18, but the map pin lands behind the building, beside a car park. I saved a screenshot of the code, yet it does not show which entrance opens the lockers. Is there a support route that can check the code against the actual cabinet before I make another trip?
