What is your fallback when a Tashkent appointment has no waiting room?

The damaged wheel behaves on smooth floors and complains on every pavement joint. One suitcase has a loose wheel, so walking around to compare places is not realistic. I need somewhere easy to leave when the appointment message arrives.
