What would make you walk away from an otherwise tidy Plovdiv apartment?

A fresh coat of paint makes the room look tidy but says nothing about old leaks. The kitchen window opens onto a narrow space and I can't judge the airflow online. I would like to leave knowing one real weakness, not only what the agent points out.
