I don't want the administrative part to use half of the booked consultation. Arriving early helps only if someone is there to process the form. Calling ahead may be sensible, but I'd like to know which question matters.
A minute at the rack feels cheap compared with walking a broken bike back. I carry no tools and do not want to fix someone else’s damaged chain. I know how to squeeze a tyre. Still, I am less certain about checking an adjustable seat.
I have met one neighbour in the lift but do not know which flat is theirs. I can ask about one bag without turning it into a general complaint. The bag was moved carefully rather than thrown away, so this feels like a routine I missed.
I can keep my phone dry. The awkward part is protecting the thing I am collecting. I have a plastic pouch for documents but nothing wide enough for the package. The route includes an uncovered walk between two stops.
I'll bring a phone charger so I can test more than the wall sockets. The bedroom backs onto the common corridor shown in the listing photos. I can inspect in daylight. Still, the corridor may sound different with the door closed.
I know the rules well enough to join a slow round. Helping set up would give me something useful to do before introductions. The organiser has posted the time and room but no contact routine for newcomers.
