A tiny cafe is lovely for two people and awkward for a group with notebooks. Two small tables would work if staff prefer not to move furniture. I would rather explain the plan once than negotiate after everyone arrives.
I have the appointment card, identification and a current medication list ready. I have allowed travel time; the unknown part is what happens at the desk. A short answer from someone who has used the clinic would be more useful than guessing.
I can test both brakes in the rack area without entering traffic. The app lists several bikes, so rejecting one would not leave me stranded. I carry no tools and do not want to fix someone else’s damaged chain.
The caretaker is not always on site, and I have no building chat yet. I have met one neighbour in the lift but do not know which flat is theirs. There's no readable notice beside the bins, only two different coloured lids.
The route includes an uncovered walk between two stops. The bag handle is already weak, which makes wet weather more than a comfort issue. A normal umbrella leaves both hands too busy for the parcel.
The water pressure in my current place is the problem I don't want to repeat. I would like to leave knowing one real weakness, not only what the agent points out. The flat is affordable enough that I don't want excitement to replace inspection.
