There will be four of us, and one person may arrive twenty minutes later. We need to hear one another, not occupy the quietest table all afternoon. I would happily choose a quieter hour if the cafe suggests one.
The appointment is early enough that the building doors may open at the same time. Arriving early helps only if someone is there to process the form. The confirmation message gives a time but says nothing about registration.
A minute at the rack feels cheap compared with walking a broken bike back. The app lists several bikes, so rejecting one would not leave me stranded. A brief wheel spin might reveal rubbing that is hard to notice while parked.
I have met one neighbour in the lift but do not know which flat is theirs. The collection day may be obvious to everyone except the newest resident. I'd prefer a calm correction to a second week of moving the same bag.
I am considering doing the outdoor stop first and collecting the fragile item last. Waiting under cover would work unless the rain restarts near closing time. The item comes in paper wrapping and still has another stop before home.
I would like to leave knowing one real weakness, not only what the agent points out. The agent has warned that a second viewing starts immediately after mine. The flat is affordable enough that I don't want excitement to replace inspection.
