The bag was moved carefully rather than thrown away. Because of that, this feels like a routine I missed. I can ask about one bag without turning it into a general complaint. Someone has clearly tried to put the bag in the right place for me.
The way includes an uncovered walk between two stops. A normal umbrella leaves both hands too crowded for the parcel. A small towel might be more useful than the extra layer I normally carry.
A fresh coat of paint makes the room look tidy but says nothing about old leaks. The kitchen window opens onto a narrow space and I can't judge the airflow online. The bathroom cabinet is the first place I plan to look for hidden damp.
Helping set up would give me something useful to do before introductions. I can get there early if newcomers are paired before the first round. The organiser has posted the time and room but no contact routine for newcomers.
I cannot leave the luggage at a station locker and still reach the appointment. A calm hotel lobby seems possible, although I would ask before settling in. The appointment entrance is narrow and has no chairs.
My cash is limited and I'd sooner say that before anything is packed. The stall looks excellent; the lack of labels is the only thing stopping me. I only need enough for one dinner and have one small tote with me.
