Arriving early helps only if someone is there to process the form. I can complete a form quickly if I know which details to bring. I do not want the administrative part to use half of the booked consultation.
I carry no tools and do not want to fix someone else’s damaged chain. One loose basket is annoying; uncertain brakes are a different decision. I want the safety check finished before tapping the final unlock button.
I can ask about one bag without turning it into a general complaint. The collection day may be obvious to everyone except the newest resident. I have met one neighbour in the lift but do not know which flat is theirs.
The forecast shows two separate bands of rain rather than one short shower. Waiting under cover would work unless the rain restarts near closing time. The shop may have stronger wrapping if I remember to ask before leaving.
I can inspect in daylight, but the corridor may sound different with the door closed. The agent has warned that a second viewing starts immediately after mine. I will bring a phone charger so I can test more than the wall sockets.
The page calls the session casual, which can mean very different levels. I can borrow basic gear, although I need to know whether that is expected. The group photos show pairs, and I can't tell whether people arrange them beforehand.
